1⁄2 oz Demerara syrup
2 oz Sarsaparilla soda, Sioux city (measurement is approximate, top glass with soda)
Instructions

Combine mezcal, lime, and syrup and shake. Strain into collins with ice, top with sarsaparilla soda.
