Surfer Rosa

1 12 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida (Hibiscus-infused (see notes))
34 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Bénédictine
12 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
2 oz Club soda, Fever Tree
Shake; strain over soda on ice; collins
To infuse the Mezcal: add 25g hibiscus flowers for a 750ml bottle of Mezcal and soak for 4 hours. I did it a proportional amount of hibiscus for about 10 minutes with a single NO2 charge from an iSi whipper. Worked great.
