1 pn Salt

1 1⁄2 oz Aquavit

1⁄2 oz Tequila (Reposado or Mezcal)

1⁄2 oz Cynar

1 ds Celery bitters

Instructions

Muddle tomatoes w/ salt. Fine strain and collect 1oz of liquid. Add other ingredients
