1 1⁄2 oz Cognac
1 oz Citron liqueur, Sukkah Hill Etrog
3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Izarra Green
3⁄4 oz Pomegranate juice
3 ds Lemon bitters
Instructions
1. Rim a frozen coupe glass with chocolate sugar. Return glass to freezer.
2. Shake with ice and then strain into the rimmed frozen coupe glass.
Notes
1. For the rimming: I prefer to use pomegranate juice to wet the rim.
