Tried with 1/2 oz Aperol and 2 dashes of Rhubarb bitters. Was really good.

Wow... a gem from a decade ago! Rhubarb can be found off season in Whole Foods freezer chests. I think that I made this to better utilize the syrup that I generated to make Ciaran Wiese's Old New York Cocktail: https://cocktailvirgin.blogspot.com/2009/05/old-new-york-cocktail.html
