  • The solid buck - a spicier Collins, especially with a solid ginger beer. Amaro-based bucks tend to get too earthy for my palate, and this one fits that mold. The gimmick here is Italian ingredients, not a perfect match—Cynar and Montenegro don't pair with ginger especially better than other amari would. For more refreshing, try a Gin-Gin Mule. For darker flavors: a Dark & Stormy or Glasgow Mule. — ★★★★
