Instructions

Stir over ice and serve over a clear cube.

Notes

This cocktail is less bitter and lower Proof than a regular negroni, though the Antica Formula provides quite a lot of bitterness on its own.

History

Härnö is a gin producer from Sweden. It's Old Tom is fairly similar to Hayman's.

Genmai Yamadanishiki is a brown-rice, aged sake.
