1 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
3 oz Lemon sorbet
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Prosecco
Instructions
Shake, strain into a tall glass over bubbly.
Notes
I've been experimenting with adding sorbets to classic recipes (Margaritas, Gimlets, Gin Fizzes) and found that they make for extremely accessible and refreshing summer coolers, with varied, engaging textures.
