  • The sherry comes through. I always think I should like sherry, but I rarely do. I used Lustau Manzanilla and Ford’s gin. Paired well with a cheese plate. This one is for patio afternoons and charcuterie boards.
  • Enjoyed it because I like Cynar, but while the amaro steals the show, the sherry gets a bit lost. 3.5 stars. — ★★★

On of my favorite sherry cocktails, particularly good with La Cigarrera Manzanilla
