I agree it's a bit sweet, but the flavor profile is promising. I added some lemon (3/4 oz) and egg white (3/4 oz), and a touch (1/4 oz) of Licor 43 to make it into a "creamsicle" sour. This brought it up to 4 stars.
A bit too sweet. Maybe adding another ingredient that adds a slight bitterness would improve this. — ★★★★
