1 1⁄2 oz Tequila
3⁄4 oz Vodka (Ramp infused, see note)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄8 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Celery bitters
Instructions
Combine and shake with ice. Coupe.
Notes
To make ramp vodka put 1/4 pound fresh ramps in a fifth (750 ml) high quality vodka. Store at least two weeks.
