2 oz Gin, Fords
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
4 sli Cucumber (one as garnish)
10 lf Mint
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1 spl Ginger beer
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake all except ginger beer. Double strain to Collins glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Mint sprig and cucumber slice for garnish
