1 1⁄2 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Beer (Use Chimay Tripel (White) or other Belgian Amber Ale)
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake, strain into cocktail glass or flute. Top with beer, garnish.
