Don Alfredo

1 1⁄2 oz Pisco, Porton
1 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Club soda (to top)
Instructions

Put all ingredients except club soda in a shaker with lots of ice. Shake until ice cold. serve in a martini glass. Top with soda.
