Summer Blush

1 14 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
12 oz Lime juice
2 ds Rose water
4 ds Peychaud's Bitters
2 sli Cucumber
Muddle rosewater, bitters, and cucumber; add ice, rest, shake and strain. Rim glass and garnish with additional cucumber slice.

I just made this for the first time in many months, and it really is good- the cucumber and St. Germain make for such a refreshing way to drink tequila (which I admittedly don't tend to gravitate towards, but tonight was Rick Bayless night....)
