1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal
1⁄4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1⁄4 oz Water
1 twst Lemon peel (expressed and inserted)
Instructions

Assemble without adding ice and chill in the freezer before service. Serve up. Express twist.
