1 oz Salers Gentiane
1⁄2 oz Apricot liqueur, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
2 ds Peach bitters
Instructions

Stir with ice, strain, serve up in a coupe

Used our housemade peach bitters, which lean in an orange/cinnamon direction
