1 oz Brut Champagne (or other dry sparkling wine)
3⁄4 oz Pineapple rum, Plantation Stiggins' Fancy
1⁄4 oz Pear liqueur, Mathilde
1⁄4 oz Walnut Liqueur, Nux Alpina
1 rinse Aloe vera liqueur, Chareau (optional)
