1 oz Amontillado Sherry
              3⁄4 oz Islay Scotch, Laphroaig 10
              3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Okinawa Black sugar syrup,  1:1, see note)
              1⁄2 oz Awamori
              1 twst Lemon peel (expressed and discarded)
          Instructions
    
          Stir, strain into a DOF over one big rock, spritz lemon oil.
Notes
    
          Okinawa black sugar can be found at better Asian groceries.
