1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey, Jameson (Banana Infused)
1 oz Pedro Ximénez Sherry
3⁄4 oz Triple sec, Cointreau
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange twist.
Notes
To make the banana infused whiskey, add 3 sliced bananas to a bottle of whiskey, rest at room temperature for three to four days, then strain out the bananas.
