Peach Blow Fizz

2 oz Gin
4 Strawberry
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 T Simple syrup (2:1, heaping)
1 T Heavy cream
1 oz Soda water
Instructions

Muddle, shake, strain, soda.

Notes

Ellestad mentions this works well with 6 raspberries instead of the strawberries.

Why is a drink with absolutely no peach called the Peach Blow Fizz? No clue. "Blow"? Who knows.
