1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1⁄4 oz Lime tincture
2 ds Pimento bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
