1⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄4 oz Nocino
Instructions

Carpano Antica will be dryer than Punt e Mes. Could also use regular sweet vermouth.
Expressed Lemon peel (discarded), Stir, Straight Up, Cocktail
