1 12 oz Cognac
1 t Maraschino Liqueur
2 t Egg white
34 oz Absinthe
12 t Lemon juice
1 oz Club soda
Instructions
Shake well with cracked ice, strain into a tall wine goblet, then top off with just a little chilled soda.
