Autumn Bonfire

1 oz Applejack, Lairds 100 proof
1 oz Scotch, Bowmore 12
1 oz Apple cider
1 t Maple syrup
1 ds Bitters, Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters Black Mission Fig
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass (or serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass). Garnish with an apple fan or a slice of apple.

the name is accurate ... this drink is not for wimps, but easy to make and very autumnal. I used Bittercube Bolivar bitters.
