1 1⁄4 oz Japanese Whisky, Suntory Toki blended
1⁄2 oz Crème de Banane
1⁄4 oz Aquavit, Krogstad
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Rich demerara syrup 2:1
Muddle the cocktail cherries in the bottom of a cocktail tin. Add wet ingredients. Shake with two ice cubes. Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass. Fill with pebble ice (or crushed ice). Garnish with cherry or lemon bulls-eye.
