3⁄4 oz Bitters, Angostura

3⁄4 oz Sorel liqueur

3⁄4 oz Lime juice

3 oz Ginger beer

1 spg Mint (as garnish)

Instructions

Shake, strain over ginger beer and ice, garnish with mint sprig and a few more dashes of bitters. Serve with straw.
