1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Bombay Sapphire
1 oz Maraschino Liqueur (Cristiani)
1⁄2 oz Maraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
1 twst Orange peel (prep; see Instructions)
Instructions
(1) Slice a bit of rind from an orange and express the inside of a frozen coupe glass. Then run the rind around the lip of the glass. Place the rind into the glass. Return the glass to the freezer.
(2) Shake with ice and strain into the frozen coupe glass.
History
This is where you have lots of fun when you aren't paying attention. The Cristiani was supposed to be sweet vermouth, I grabbed the wrong bottle by mistake.
Result: I like it !! Plenty of cherry-eeee with that spritz of orange-y trying to sneak through !!!!
