1 1⁄2 oz Absenteroux, Distilleries de Provence
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 bsp Rose liqueur, Briottet
1 1⁄2 oz Soda water (top up)
1 ds Celery bitters, Bittermens Orchard Street Celery Shrub
