1 oz Highland Scotch, Highland Park 12
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica or Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino)
3⁄4 oz Aveze
1 Orange peel
Instructions

Stir, strain into old fashioned glass with a large cube or sphere. Garnish with an expressed orange swath.
