1 3⁄4 oz Orange juice
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 1⁄4 oz Root beer (Vanilla root beer reduction; see Notes)
3⁄4 oz Aquafaba
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
3 dr Cardamom bitters (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake/dry shake; strain; up; garnish.
Notes
For the vanilla root beer reduction: Bring 12 oz. of Frostie Vanilla Root Beer to an active simmer on the stove. Add 4 swaths of orange peel, a tablespoon of granulated sugar, and a cinnamon stick, and cook down until liquid is reduced to about a third, around 20 minutes. Strain.
