  • Had to sub sotol for mezcal, and a GC/Strega mix for Genepy. I like the subtle mix of flavors but it wound up too sweet. Maybe try cutting back the CdC (and adding back chocolate bitters if necessary). EDIT: Did just that, uploaded as Phantastic Voyage.
