Italian Heirloom

2 oz Cynar
12 oz Blended Scotch
12 oz Islay Scotch, Laphroaig
1 pn Salt
5 twst Lemon peel
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Stir first four ingredients to dissolve. Express lemon oils and drop in. Stir with ice, strain, up, garnish.
