For the weekend breakfast guest - me sure it goes down on an empty tummy for the best and most soothing effect
3 oz Port
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Heavy cream
1 t Yellow Chartreuse
1   Whole egg
2 t Sugar
1 pn Nutmeg (Grated)
Instructions
Mix everything (except Chartreuse & Nutmeg)) with a lot of cracked ice, shake well and strain. Float the Chartreuse on top with a spoon and add a dusting of the grated nutmeg
