2 1⁄2 oz Manzanilla sherry (or Fino)
1⁄2 oz Gin (preferably navy-strength)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Build in a Collins over ice and bubbles, stir, garnish, serve with straw.
