Sour Chorrizo

1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch (Piperdean)
1 oz Grapefruit liqueur (Giffard Pamplemousse)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white (OPTIONAL)
Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.

I used the "basic sour formula" as presented by Dale Degroff in his recent book, "New Craft Cocktail" Revised Edition, page 205.
