1 oz Gin, St. George Terroir
1⁄2 oz Tea syrup (jasmine green tea 1:1 with sugar)
1 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 ds Orange bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (expressed and discarded)
Instructions
Stir, strain, up or rock, twist.
Notes
These two spirits work extremely well together, and even if you don't have the tea syrup (which is cheap, quick, and easy to make) I recommend trying them out together with different sweeteners: Bénédictine, Drambuie, honey, Maraschino, simple, whatever you have around.
