1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
1 oz Tequila, El Tesoro Platinum
1 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
12 oz Aperol (skinny)
Build in a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled, stemmed glass
