1 1⁄2 oz Gin (Tin City Distilery Gin)
1⁄2 oz Fernet Branca
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄8 oz Sherry vinegar (30 Year Old Sherry Vinegar)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Notes
You don't want "sherry vinegar." You want 30 Year-Old-Aged Jerez Sherry Vinegar. The brand I prefer is Columela.
