Muddle raspberries and sugar in an old fashioned glass. Add bourbon and liqueur, add ice and stir. Top with ginger beer

Notes

Next time Im going to try with a rich raspberry syrup to avoid seeds and possibly some lime to balance it out

Nothing special but enjoyable - I don't mind the seeds and flesh of raspberries, but a bit of lime on top helps. A grown up Shirley Temple?
