Espolon is a brand of [ingredient=tequila tequila] made at the San Nicolas distillery in the highland region of Jalisco, and imported by Skyy Imports. Espolon makes both a blanco and a reposado tequila, both from 100% blue agave.
Espolon [ingredient=blanco-tequila blanco] is unaged and 80 proof. The [ingredient=reposado-tequila reposado] is aged for six months in American oak barrels, and is also 80 proof.
