Hel Fresco

1 12 oz Blanco tequila, Espolon
34 oz Lime juice
34 oz Campari
12 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
12 oz Ginger beer, Fever Tree (to top)
Combine Tequila, Lime juice, Campari, and Ancho Liqueur into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with a 0.5 oz float of Ginger Beer on top. No garnish.
Citrus, sweet, spicy, bitter, complex.
