3⁄4 oz Pavan
3⁄4 oz Amaro Montenegro
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
2 ds Mint Bitters
1 pn Salt (OPTIONAL A few grains of Himalayan Pink Rock Salt)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.

Round 1.
1. An original recipe, this is the first time I made this.
2. Dangerously soft and smooth and tasty !!
3. A delicately beautiful green color.

I added a few grains of Himalayan Pink Rock Salt into the shaker ....... I like the result.
