Salted Plum Vodka Tonic

1 Red Plum (pitted and sliced, reserve one for garnish)
1 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Vodka, Stolichnaya
1 oz Tonic water
1 pn Sea salt
Instructions

Muddle plum. Add everything except tonic, shake, strain, top with tonic. Stir gently.
