2 oz Overproof bourbon (Tahini- and miso-butter-washed, see Notes)
3⁄4 oz Grenadine
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth
Instructions

Stir; strain; up.

Notes

For the fat-washed bourbon: Melt butter over medium heat, add some tahini and some white miso paste, and cook until it just starts to brown. Cool, add to bourbon, let sit for an hour. Freeze. Strain carefully.
