2 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
1 oz Pear liqueur, Belle de Brillet
1⁄2 oz Allspice Dram, St. Elizabeth
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
Instructions
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with a paper-thin slice of pear floated on the surface.
