1 1⁄2 oz Japanese Whisky (Roehr uses Suntory Toki)
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1 oz Passion fruit syrup
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
4 oz Seltzer water (To top)
Instructions
Shake first four ingredients. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Seltzer. Garnish with banana leaf or lime wheel
Notes
Passion Fruit Syrup recipe: Equal parts passionfruit purée and rich simple syrup (2:1). Whisk to combine.
