1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup (pandan syrup; see Notes)
4 oz Ginger beer, Fever Tree (to top)
1 lf pandan (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir with ice in a Collins glass; top; garnish.

Notes

For the pandan syrup, in a liter of boiling water steep ten pandan leaves for fifteen minutes, then dissolve an equal part of sugar in the water.
