Glasgow Mule

1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch

3⁄4 oz Lemon juice

1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain

1 ds Bitters, Angostura

4 oz Ginger beer, Fever Tree

Instructions

Build in a mule mug or Collins and stir over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
