1 sli Cucumber (muddled)
1 1⁄2 oz Aquavit, Aalborg
3⁄4 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1
1 ds Celery bitters
1 sli Cucumber peel (as garnish)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Muddle thick slice of cucumber in a shaker. Line a rocks glass with long peel of cucumber, and add big ice. Shake, double strain, twist.
Notes
Cool and sophisticated cucumber feature, with caraway and lemon also prominent.
